第十八条（通算年金制度を創設するための関係法律の一部を改正する法律の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
The payment of the aggregated old-age pension to a person who has acquired, on November 1, 1971, the right to receive an aggregated old-age pension under Article 46-3, paragraph (1) of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act or Article 39-2, paragraph (1) of the Mariners Insurance Act pursuant to the provisions of Article 7, paragraph (1) or Article 13, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending Related Acts to Establish the Aggregated Pension System as amended by this Act starts from November of that year.
この法律による改正後の通算年金制度を創設するための関係法律の一部を改正する法律附則第七条第一項又は附則第十三条第一項の規定により昭和四十六年十一月一日に厚生年金保険法第四十六条の三第一項又は船員保険法第三十九条ノ二第一項の通算老齢年金の受給権を取得した者に対する当該通算老齢年金は、同年十一月からその支給を始める。
