The provisions of Article 59, paragraph (1) of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act as amended by this Act also apply to the surviving family of a person who was an insured whose whereabouts became unknown before November 1, 1971 and who is deemed to have died on or after that day by reason of an adjudication of disappearance.
