Supplementary Provisions, Article 9Special Provisions on Amount of Previous Insurance Benefits
第九条（従前の保険給付の額の特例）
With regard to the pension insurance benefits paid to a person who, on May 1, 1965, actually has the right to receive pension insurance benefits the amount of which was calculated pursuant to the provisions of Chapter III of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act, the amount is the amount calculated pursuant to the provisions of that Chapter of that Act as amended by this Act.
昭和四十年五月一日において現に厚生年金保険法第三章の規定によりその額が計算された年金たる保険給付を受ける権利を有する者に支給する当該保険給付については、その額をこの法律による改正後の同法同章の規定により計算した額とする。
The same as in the preceding paragraph applies to the amount of the disability pension paid to a person who, on May 1, 1965, actually has the right to receive a disability pension whose pension amount was calculated pursuant to the provisions of Article 20, paragraph (2) or (4) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act, or to a person who actually has the right to receive a disability pension whose pension amount (excluding the additional pension amount) was calculated pursuant to the provisions of Article 4, paragraph (5) or (6) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the Employees' Pension Insurance Act (Act No. 17 of 1960).
昭和四十年五月一日において現に厚生年金保険法附則第二十条第二項若しくは第四項の規定によりその年金の額が計算された障害年金を受ける権利を有する者又は厚生年金保険法の一部を改正する法律（昭和三十五年法律第十七号）附則第四条第五項若しくは第六項の規定によりその年金の額（加給年金額を除く。）が計算された障害年金を受ける権利を有する者に支給する当該障害年金の額についても、前項と同様とする。
The same as in paragraph (1) applies to the basic amount of pension of the pension for surviving family paid to a person who, on May 1, 1965, actually has the right to receive a pension for surviving family whose basic amount of pension was calculated pursuant to the provisions of Article 21 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act or Article 4, paragraph (7) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the Employees' Pension Insurance Act (Act No. 17 of 1960).
昭和四十年五月一日において現に厚生年金保険法附則第二十一条又は厚生年金保険法の一部を改正する法律（昭和三十五年法律第十七号）附則第四条第七項の規定によりその基本年金額が計算された遺族年金を受ける権利を有する者に支給する当該遺族年金の基本年金額についても、第一項と同様とする。
