Supplementary Provisions, Article 16Transitional Measures Concerning Insurance Benefits Paid in Accordance with the Widow's Pension under the Former Act
第十六条（旧法による寡婦年金の例により支給する保険給付に関する経過措置）
With regard to the acquisition of the right to receive insurance benefits paid in accordance with the previous widow's pension, among the insurance benefits under the latter part of Article 16, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act, on or after the day of the promulgation of this Act, notwithstanding the relevant provisions of the former Employees' Pension Insurance Act (Act No. 60 of 1941), which are to be followed pursuant to the provisions of that paragraph, the provisions of Article 59, paragraph (1) (limited to the part concerning wives) of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act as amended by this Act are followed.
厚生年金保険法附則第十六条第一項後段の規定による保険給付のうち、従前の寡婦年金の例によつて支給する保険給付を受ける権利の取得については、この法律の公布の日以後においては、同項の規定によりその例によるものとされている旧厚生年金保険法（昭和十六年法律第六十号）の当該規定にかかわらず、この法律による改正後の厚生年金保険法第五十九条第一項（妻に関する部分に限る。）の規定の例による。
With regard to the extinguishment of the right to receive insurance benefits paid in accordance with the previous widow's pension, among the insurance benefits under Article 16, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act, on or after the day of the promulgation of this Act, notwithstanding the relevant provisions of the former Employees' Pension Insurance Act, which are to be followed pursuant to the provisions of that paragraph, the provisions of Article 63, paragraph (1) of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act as amended by this Act are followed.
厚生年金保険法附則第十六条第一項の規定による保険給付のうち、従前の寡婦年金の例によつて支給する保険給付を受ける権利の消滅については、この法律の公布の日以後においては、同項の規定によりその例によるものとされている旧厚生年金保険法の当該規定にかかわらず、この法律による改正後の厚生年金保険法第六十三条第一項の規定の例による。
