With regard to a beneficiary of a withdrawal allowance under the provisions of paragraph (1) who is deemed to have acquired the right to receive benefits from an aggregated old-age pension retroactively to before the Effective Date, when the person receives payment of the aggregated old-age pension, the right to receive benefits from the withdrawal allowance ceases to exist, and when the person receives payment of the withdrawal allowance, the person is deemed not to have acquired the right to receive benefits from an aggregated old-age pension retroactively.
If a beneficiary of a withdrawal allowance under the provisions of paragraph (1) dies on or after April 1, 1961, or a beneficiary of a withdrawal allowance under the provisions of paragraph (2) dies on or after the Effective Date, the provisions of Article 37 of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act as amended apply mutatis mutandis, notwithstanding those provisions.
