Supplementary Provisions, Article 3
第三条
The provisions of Article 28 of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act as amended by this Act also apply to matters that a prefectural governor recorded before this Act comes into effect pursuant to the provisions of Article 28 of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act before the amendment by this Act.
この法律による改正後の厚生年金保険法第二十八条の規定は、都道府県知事がこの法律の施行前にこの法律による改正前の同法同条の規定によつて記録した事項についても、適用する。
