Supplementary Provisions, Article 28Members of Designated Mutual Aid Associations
第二十八条（指定共済組合の組合員）
With regard to a person who is a member of a mutual aid Association designated pursuant to Article 32 of the former Order for Enforcement of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act (Imperial Ordinance No. 1250 of 1941) based on Article 74 of the Former Act, the provisions then in force continue to govern also with respect to the application of this Act.
旧法第七十四条の規定に基く旧厚生年金保険法施行令（昭和十六年勅令第千二百五十号）第三十二条の規定によつて指定された共済組合の組合員である者に関しては、この法律の適用についても、なお従前の例による。
