Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect on the date fixed by Cabinet Order within one year from the date of its promulgation.
この法律は、公布の日から起算して一年を超えない範囲内において政令で定める日から施行する。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 7Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the Copyright Act
第七条（著作権法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
The provisions of Article 18, paragraph (3) (limited to the part concerned with item (ii)) of the Copyright Act as amended under the provisions of the preceding Article do not apply to a work not yet made public (this includes a work made public without the consent of its author) which has been made available to an incorporated administrative agency, etc. by its author before the provisions of the preceding Article come into effect.
前条の規定による改正後の著作権法第十八条第三項（第二号に係る部分に限る。）の規定は、前条の規定の施行前に著作者が独立行政法人等に提供した著作物でまだ公表されていないもの（その著作者の同意を得ないで公表された著作物を含む。）については、適用しない。
