Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect as of the effective date of the Act on the Protection of Personal Information Held by Administrative Organs.
この法律は、行政機関の保有する個人情報の保護に関する法律の施行の日から施行する。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 4Delegation of Other Transitional Measures to Cabinet Order
第四条（その他の経過措置の政令への委任）
Beyond what is prescribed in the preceding two Articles, necessary transitional measures connected with the coming into effect of this Act are provided for by Cabinet Order.
前二条に定めるもののほか、この法律の施行に関し必要な経過措置は、政令で定める。
