Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect 20 days after the date of its promulgation; provided, however, that the provisions set forth in each of the following items come into effect as of the day specified in the relevant item:
この法律は、公布の日から起算して二十日を経過した日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から施行する。

the provisions of Article 62 of these Supplementary Provisions:the date of promulgation of the Act Partially Amending the Unfair Competition Prevention Act (Act No. 62 of 2011; referred to as the "Act Partially Amending Unfair Competition Prevention Act" in that Article and Article 63 of these Supplementary Provisions) or the effective date, whichever comes later.
附則第六十二条の規定 不正競争防止法の一部を改正する法律（平成二十三年法律第六十二号。同条及び附則第六十三条において「不正競争防止法一部改正法」という。）の公布の日又は施行日のいずれか遅い日
