A person who engages in business by using the name of a company prior to the formation of relevant company is punished by a civil fine of an amount equivalent to the registration and license tax for the incorporation of the company.
会社の成立前に当該会社の名義を使用して事業をした者は、会社の設立の登録免許税の額に相当する過料に処する。
The provisions of the preceding paragraph also apply to a person who carries out a transaction in violation of the provisions of Article 818, paragraph (1) or Article 821, paragraph (1).
