①The registration referred to in the preceding Article (hereinafter simply referred to as the "registration" in this Section) is made through an application by a person who intends to conduct the investigation under the provisions of that Article (hereinafter referred to as the "electronic public notice investigation" in this Section).

②A person who intends to obtain the registration must pay a fee to the amount specified by Cabinet Order by giving consideration to the actual cost.
