Article 902Judicial Decisions on Petitions for the Conclusion of Special Liquidation
第九百二条（特別清算終結の申立てについての裁判）
When the court makes a ruling to conclude special liquidation, it must immediately give public notice to that effect.
特別清算終結の決定をしたときは、裁判所は、直ちに、その旨を公告しなければならない。
An immediate appeal may be entered against a judicial decision relating to a petition for the conclusion of special liquidation. In these cases, the period for entering an immediate appeal against a ruling to conclude special liquidation is two weeks from the day on which the public notice under the provisions of the preceding paragraph has become effective.
特別清算終結の申立てについての裁判に対しては、即時抗告をすることができる。この場合において、特別清算終結の決定に対する即時抗告の期間は、前項の規定による公告が効力を生じた日から起算して二週間とする。
A ruling to conclude special liquidation does not become effective until it is final and binding.
特別清算終結の決定は、確定しなければその効力を生じない。
The court that has made a ruling to conclude special liquidation must, if the immediate appeal set forth in paragraph (2) has been entered, if a ruling to revoke relevant ruling becomes final and binding, immediately give public notice to that effect.
特別清算終結の決定をした裁判所は、第二項の即時抗告があった場合において、当該決定を取り消す決定が確定したときは、直ちに、その旨を公告しなければならない。
