The court may change or revoke an investigation order (meaning an investigation order prescribed in Article 522, paragraph (1); the same applies in the following paragraph).
裁判所は、調査命令（第五百二十二条第一項に規定する調査命令をいう。次項において同じ。）を変更し、又は取り消すことができる。
An immediate appeal may be entered against an order to investigate and a ruling under the provisions of the preceding paragraph.
調査命令及び前項の規定による決定に対しては、即時抗告をすることができる。
The immediate appeal set forth in the preceding paragraph does not have the effect of staying execution.
前項の即時抗告は、執行停止の効力を有しない。
If the judicial decision prescribed in paragraph (2) or a judicial decision on the immediate appeal referred to in that paragraph is made, the written judgment thereof must be served on the parties.
