Article 743Preparation of Entity Conversion Plans

第七百四十三条（組織変更計画の作成）

A company may effect entity conversion. In these cases, the company must prepare an entity conversion plan.

会社は、組織変更をすることができる。この場合においては、組織変更計画を作成しなければならない。
