Article 734Effectiveness of Resolutions at Bondholders Meetings
第七百三十四条（社債権者集会の決議の効力）
①A resolution at a bondholders meeting does not become effective unless the approval of the court is obtained.
①社債権者集会の決議は、裁判所の認可を受けなければ、その効力を生じない。
②A resolution at a bondholders meeting is effective against all bondholders who hold bonds of the relevant class.
②社債権者集会の決議は、当該種類の社債を有するすべての社債権者に対してその効力を有する。
