The exercise of voting rights in writing is effected by entering the necessary matters on the voting form and submitting it to the convener by the time prescribed by Ministry of Justice Order.
The amount of voting rights exercised in writing under the provisions of the preceding paragraph is included in the amount of the voting rights of the bondholders present at the meeting.
