Article 704Obligations of Bond Administrators
第七百四条（社債管理者の義務）
①Bond administrators must perform the administration of bonds in a fair and sincere manner on behalf of the bondholders.
①社債管理者は、社債権者のために、公平かつ誠実に社債の管理を行わなければならない。
②Bond administrators must manage the bonds with due care of a prudent manager to the bondholders.
②社債管理者は、社債権者に対し、善良な管理者の注意をもって社債の管理を行わなければならない。
