The details of an agreement may be changed if it is necessary for the implantation of the agreement. In these cases, the provisions of Article 563 through the preceding Article apply mutatis mutandis.
協定の実行上必要があるときは、協定の内容を変更することができる。この場合においては、第五百六十三条から前条までの規定を準用する。
