Notwithstanding the provisions of Article 554, paragraph (1), in order to adopt an agreement at a creditors meeting, all of the following consents must be obtained:
第五百五十四条第一項の規定にかかわらず、債権者集会において協定を可決するには、次に掲げる同意のいずれもがなければならない。
the consent of a majority of the voting rights holders present at the meeting; and
出席した議決権者の過半数の同意
the consent of persons who hold the voting rights in excess of two thirds of the total voting rights of the voting rights holders.
議決権者の議決権の総額の三分の二以上の議決権を有する者の同意
The provisions of Article 554, paragraph (2) apply mutatis mutandis to the application of the provisions of item (i) of the preceding paragraph.
第五百五十四条第二項の規定は、前項第一号の規定の適用について準用する。
