Supervisors may receive advance payment of the expense, and remunerations determined by the court.

Supervisors must obtain the permission of the court if, after their appointment, they transfer, or transferred claims owed by the liquidating stock company or shares in the liquidating stock company.
監督委員は、その選任後、清算株式会社に対する債権又は清算株式会社の株式を譲り受け、又は譲り渡すには、裁判所の許可を得なければならない。
Supervisors cannot receive payment of expense or remuneration if they engage in the acts provided for in the preceding paragraph without the permission under the preceding paragraph.
