Article 481Liquidators' Duties
第四百八十一条（清算人の職務）
Liquidators perform the following duties:
清算人は、次に掲げる職務を行う。
一the conclusion of current business;
一現務の結了
二the collection of debts and the performance obligations; and
二債権の取立て及び債務の弁済
三the delivery of the residual assets.
