Beyond the matters set forth in each item of Article 27 and each item of the preceding Article, articles of incorporation of a stock company may specify or record the matters which, pursuant to the provisions of this Act, may not become effective unless provided for in the articles of incorporation, or other matters which do not violate any provisions of this Act.
