第五条（胎児の認知及び認知の無効に関する経過措置）
The provisions of Article 783, paragraph (2) of the New Civil Code apply to a child born on or after the Effective Date.
新民法第七百八十三条第二項の規定は、施行日以後に生まれる子について適用する。
The provisions of Article 786 of the New Civil Code apply to an acknowledgment of parentage made on or after the Effective Date, and the provisions then in force continue to govern the assertion of facts to the contrary against an acknowledgment of parentage made before the Effective Date.
新民法第七百八十六条の規定は、施行日以後にされる認知について適用し、施行日前にされた認知に対する反対の事実の主張については、なお従前の例による。
