第二十四条（記名式所持人払債権に関する経過措置）
With regard to a registered claim payable to holder prescribed in Article 471 of the Former Act that arose before the Effective Date (including one for which the juridical act that is its cause was performed before the Effective Date), the provisions then in force continue to govern.
施行日前に生じた旧法第四百七十一条に規定する記名式所持人払債権（その原因である法律行為が施行日前にされたものを含む。）については、なお従前の例による。
