第十五条（外国人の抵当権に関する法律等の廃止）
The following Acts are repealed:
次に掲げる法律は、廃止する。
Act on Mortgages of Foreign Nationals (Act No. 67 of 1899);
外国人の抵当権に関する法律（明治三十二年法律第六十七号）
Act on Temporary Measures for Facilitating the Assignment of Claims Secured by Revolving Mortgages Held by Financial Institutions, etc. (Act No. 127 of 1998).
