Supplementary Provisions, Article 7Transitional Measures Concerning Subrogation by Performance
第七条（弁済による代位に関する経過措置）
With respect to subrogation where a person who has continuously had, from before this Act comes into effect, a legitimate interest in performing an obligation secured by a former revolving mortgage performs that obligation after this Act comes into effect and before the principal is fixed, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
この法律の施行前から引き続き旧根抵当権の担保すべき債務を弁済するについて正当な利益を有していた者が、この法律の施行後元本の確定前にその債務を弁済した場合における代位に関しては、なお従前の例による。
