第二十三条
With regard to an objection to a resolution of the family council made before the New Act came into effect, the Former Act still applies.
新法施行前にされた親族会の決議に対する不服については、なお、旧法を適用する。
Even where a judgment rescinding a resolution of the family council has become final pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph, a new resolution by the family council is not permitted.
前項の規定によつて親族会の決議を取り消す判決が確定した場合でも、親族会であらたに決議をすることは、これを認めない。
