第十五条
An act that a mother exercising parental authority did, or to which she gave consent, in violation of the provisions of Article 886 of the Former Act before the Emergency Measures Act came into effect may not be rescinded.
応急措置法施行前に、親権を行う母が、旧法第八百八十六条の規定に違反してし、又は同意を与えた行為は、これを取り消すことができない。
