第一条（施行期日）
This Act (except Article 1) comes into effect on January 6, 2001
この法律（第一条を除く。）は、平成十三年一月六日から施行する。

第四条（政令への委任）
Beyond what is prescribed in the preceding two Articles, necessary transitional measures connected with the coming into effect of this Act are provided for by Cabinet Order.
前二条に定めるもののほか、この法律の施行に関し必要な事項は、政令で定める。
