第三十四条（国民年金事業に要する費用の負担の特例）

国庫は、当分の間、毎年度、国民年金事業に要する費用に充てるため、国民年金法第八十五条第一項各号及び第二項に規定する額のほか、同法による年金たる給付及び旧国民年金法による年金たる給付に要する費用のうち、次の各号に掲げる額を負担する。

当該年度における国民年金法による付加年金の給付に要する費用及び同法による死亡一時金の給付に要する費用（同法第五十二条の四第一項に定める額に相当する部分の給付に要する費用を除く。）の総額の四分の一に相当する額

国民年金法第八十五条第一項の規定の適用については、当分の間、同項中「次号及び第三号に掲げる額」とあるのは「次号及び第三号に掲げる額並びに国民年金法等の一部を改正する法律（昭和六十年法律第三十四号。以下「昭和六十年改正法」という。）附則第三十四条第一項各号（第一号、第六号及び第九号を除く。）に掲げる費用（同項第五号に規定する老齢年金の給付に要する費用に係る同号ハに規定する額の三分の一に相当する額に相当する部分の費用を除く。）の額」と、「四百八十」とあるのは「四百八十（昭和六十年改正法附則別表第四の上欄に掲げる者については、それぞれ同表の下欄に掲げる数）」と読み替えるものとする。

当該年度における老齢基礎年金（その全額につき支給を停止されているものを除く。）の受給権者に国民年金基金又は国民年金基金連合会が支給する年金に要する費用 二百円（国民年金法第二十八条又は附則第九条の二若しくは第九条の二の二の規定による老齢基礎年金の受給権者に基金が支給する年金については、政令で定める額）に当該国民年金基金の加入員期間（同法第百三十条第二項に規定する加入員期間をいう。以下この号において同じ。）又は当該国民年金基金連合会がその支給に関する義務を負つている年金の額の計算の基礎となる国民年金基金の加入員期間の月数を乗じて得た額の四分の一に相当する額

新国民年金法第八十六条の規定の適用については、同条中「この法律又は」とあるのは、「この法律（国民年金法等の一部を改正する法律（昭和六十年法律第三十四号。以下「昭和六十年改正法」という。）の規定によりなお従前の例によるものとされた場合における同法第一条の規定による改正前のこの法律及び昭和六十年改正法の規定によりなおその効力を有するものとされた同法第一条の規定による改正前のこの法律を含む。以下この条において同じ。）又は」とする。
