Supplementary Provisions, Article 10Delegation, etc. to the Japan Pension Service of Affairs Relating to the Authority of the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare
第十条（機構への厚生労働大臣の権限に係る事務の委任等）
With respect to the authority of the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare under Article 19 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the National Pension Act, etc. (Act No. 104 of 2004), or any other provision establishing transitional measures accompanying the revision of this Act that is specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, the Japan Pension Service is to be made to perform the affairs relating to that authority, as provided for in Article 109-4 through Article 109-12 of the National Pension Act (referred to in the following paragraph as the "new National Pension Act") after the revision under the provisions of Article 20 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Japan Pension Organization Act (Act No. 109 of 2007).
国民年金法等の一部を改正する法律（平成十六年法律第百四号）附則第十九条その他この法律の改正に伴う経過措置を定める規定であつて厚生労働省令で定めるものによる厚生労働大臣の権限については、日本年金機構法（平成十九年法律第百九号）附則第二十条の規定による改正後の国民年金法（次項において「新国民年金法」という。）第百九条の四から第百九条の十二までの規定の例により、当該権限に係る事務を機構に行わせるものとする。
In the case referred to in the preceding paragraph, the technical replacement of terms for the purpose of applying the provisions of Article 109-4 through Article 109-12 of the new National Pension Act, and any other matters necessary concerning the application of these provisions, are specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare.
前項の場合において、新国民年金法第百九条の四から第百九条の十二までの規定の適用についての技術的読替えその他これらの規定の適用に関し必要な事項は、厚生労働省令で定める。
