Supplementary Provisions, Article 51Mutatis Mutandis Application
第五十一条（準用規定）
The provisions of Articles 31 and 33, Article 34, paragraph (1) and Article 35 of the amended Defined-Benefit Corporate Pension Act apply mutatis mutandis to the surviving Pension Fund Association old-age benefit, the surviving Pension Fund Association disability benefit and the surviving Pension Fund Association survivor benefit; the provisions of Article 36, paragraphs (1) and (2) (excluding item (ii)) and Articles 37, 38 and 40 of the amended Defined-Benefit Corporate Pension Act apply mutatis mutandis to the surviving Pension Fund Association old-age benefit; the provisions of Articles 47 and 48 and Articles 53 and 54 of the amended Defined-Benefit Corporate Pension Act apply mutatis mutandis to the surviving Pension Fund Association survivor benefit referred to in Article 42, paragraph (3), Article 43, paragraph (3), Article 44, paragraph (3), Article 46, paragraph (3), Article 47, paragraph (3), Article 48, paragraph (3) and Article 49-2, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions; and the provisions of Article 34, paragraph (2), Articles 44 and 46, and Articles 52 and 54 of the amended Defined-Benefit Corporate Pension Act apply mutatis mutandis to the surviving Pension Fund Association disability benefit. In this case, Cabinet Order provides for the necessary technical replacement of terms.
改正後確定給付企業年金法第三十一条、第三十三条、第三十四条第一項及び第三十五条の規定は存続連合会老齢給付金、存続連合会障害給付金及び存続連合会遺族給付金について、改正後確定給付企業年金法第三十六条第一項及び第二項（第二号を除く。）、第三十七条、第三十八条並びに第四十条の規定は存続連合会老齢給付金について、改正後確定給付企業年金法第四十七条、第四十八条、第五十三条及び第五十四条の規定は附則第四十二条第三項、第四十三条第三項、第四十四条第三項、第四十六条第三項、第四十七条第三項、第四十八条第三項及び第四十九条の二第一項の存続連合会遺族給付金について、改正後確定給付企業年金法第三十四条第二項、第四十四条、第四十六条、第五十二条及び第五十四条の規定は存続連合会障害給付金について準用する。この場合において、必要な技術的読替えは、政令で定める。
