第三十九条（名称の使用制限に関する経過措置）

The provisions of Article 91-4, paragraph (2) of the amended Defined-Benefit Corporate Pension Act do not apply to the surviving Pension Fund Association.

改正後確定給付企業年金法第九十一条の四第二項の規定は、存続連合会については、適用しない。
