Supplementary Provisions, Article 5Transitional Measures Concerning Acquisition of Status as an Insured Covered by Employees' Pension Insurance
第五条（厚生年金保険の被保険者資格の取得の経過措置）
Among persons who were born on or after October 2, 1945 and who, on the day preceding the Effective Date, were a member of a National Public Servants Mutual Aid Association, a member of a Local Public Servants Mutual Aid Association, or a member of the mutual aid system for private school personnel under the provisions of the Private School Personnel Mutual Aid Association Act, and who, on the Effective Date, fall under the persons set forth in Article 12, item (i) of the pre-amendment Employees' Pension Insurance Act, a person who is employed at a place of business that is an applicable place of business prescribed in Article 6, paragraph (1) or (3) of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act (excluding a person who acquires status as an insured covered by employees' pension insurance on the Effective Date pursuant to the provisions of Article 13 of that Act) acquires status as an insured covered by employees' pension insurance on the Effective Date.
昭和二十年十月二日以後に生まれた者であり、かつ、施行日の前日において国家公務員共済組合の組合員、地方公務員共済組合の組合員又は私立学校教職員共済法の規定による私立学校教職員共済制度の加入者であった者であって、施行日において改正前厚生年金保険法第十二条第一号に掲げる者に該当するもののうち厚生年金保険法第六条第一項又は第三項に規定する適用事業所であるものに使用されるもの（施行日に同法第十三条の規定により厚生年金保険の被保険者の資格を取得する者を除く。）は、施行日に、厚生年金保険の被保険者の資格を取得する。
