Supplementary Provisions, Article 6Special Provisions on Calculation of Insured Period under Employees' Pension Insurance
第六条（厚生年金保険の被保険者期間の計算の特例）
With regard to a person who acquired status as an insured covered by employees' pension insurance pursuant to the provisions of the preceding Article and lost that status as an insured in October 2015, in the case of applying the provisions of the main clause of Article 19, paragraph (2) of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act, the person is deemed not to have acquired status as an insured.
前条の規定により厚生年金保険の被保険者の資格を取得した者であって、平成二十七年十月に当該被保険者の資格を喪失したものについて、厚生年金保険法第十九条第二項本文の規定を適用する場合においては、当該被保険者の資格を取得しなかったものとみなす。
