Supplementary Provisions, Article 20Special Provisions on Requirements for Payment of an Employees' Pension for Surviving Family
第二十条（遺族厚生年金の支給要件の特例）
Necessary transitional measures concerning the payment of an employees' pension for surviving family under the Employees' Pension Insurance Act, in the case where a beneficiary of any of the following benefits in the form of a pension (excluding those having death as the grounds for payment) or any other person, who is specified by Cabinet Order, dies on or after the Effective Date, are specified by Cabinet Order:
a benefit in the form of a pension under the pre-amendment National Public Officers Mutual Aid Association Act (including one deemed to be that benefit in the form of a pension under the provisions of other laws and regulations) or a benefit in the form of a pension under the former National Public Officers, etc. Mutual Aid Association Act (including one deemed to be that benefit in the form of a pension under the provisions of other laws and regulations);
改正前国共済法による年金たる給付（他の法令の規定により当該年金たる給付とみなされたものを含む。）又は旧国共済法による年金たる給付（他の法令の規定により当該年金たる給付とみなされたものを含む。）
a benefit in the form of a pension under the pre-amendment Local Public Officers, etc. Mutual Aid Association Act (including one deemed to be that benefit in the form of a pension under the provisions of other laws and regulations) or a benefit in the form of a pension under the former Local Public Officers, etc. Mutual Aid Association Act (including one deemed to be that benefit in the form of a pension under the provisions of other laws and regulations);
改正前地共済法による年金たる給付（他の法令の規定により当該年金たる給付とみなされたものを含む。）又は旧地共済法による年金たる給付（他の法令の規定により当該年金たる給付とみなされたものを含む。）
a benefit in the form of a pension under the pre-amendment Private School Personnel Mutual Aid Association Act or a benefit in the form of a pension under the former Private School Personnel Mutual Aid Association Act.
改正前私学共済法による年金たる給付又は旧私学共済法による年金たる給付
