第十九条（初診日が施行日前にある傷病による障害等の場合における経過措置）
Necessary transitional measures in the case of applying the provisions of Articles 47 through 47-3 and Article 55 of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act to a disability due to an injury or illness for which the day of contracting the illness or sustaining the injury is before the Effective Date, or to a disability due to an injury or illness for which the day of initial examination is before the Effective Date (limited to a disability due to an injury or illness during the former National Public Servants Mutual Aid Association member period, former Local Public Servants Mutual Aid Association member period or former Private School Personnel Mutual Aid participant period) are specified by Cabinet Order.
疾病にかかり、若しくは負傷した日が施行日前にある傷病又は初診日が施行日前にある傷病による障害（旧国家公務員共済組合員期間、旧地方公務員共済組合員期間又は旧私立学校教職員共済加入者期間中の傷病による障害に限る。）について厚生年金保険法第四十七条から第四十七条の三まで及び第五十五条の規定を適用する場合における必要な経過措置は、政令で定める。
