Supplementary Provisions, Article 16Transitional Measures Concerning the Application of Employees' Pension Insurance to Part-Time Workers
第十六条（厚生年金保険の短時間労働者への適用に関する経過措置）
With regard to a person who has acquired status as an insured covered by employees' pension insurance before the day on which the provisions set forth in Article 1, item (v) of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect (hereinafter referred to as the "item (v) Effective Date") and has continuously held status as an insured until the item (v) Effective Date, the provisions of Article 12 of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act (limited to the part pertaining to item (v) of that Article) do not apply while the person continues, on or after the item (v) Effective Date, to be employed at the place of business at which the person was employed on the item (v) Effective Date.
附則第一条第五号に掲げる規定の施行の日（以下「第五号施行日」という。）前に厚生年金保険の被保険者の資格を取得して、第五号施行日まで引き続き被保険者の資格を有する者については、厚生年金保険法第十二条（同条第五号に係る部分に限る。）の規定は、第五号施行日以降引き続き第五号施行日において使用されていた事業所に使用されている間は、適用しない。
