Supplementary Provisions, Article 36Transitional Measures Concerning Calculation of the Amount of Employees' Old-Age Pensions
第三十六条（老齢厚生年金の額の計算に関する経過措置）
In the application of Article 9-2, paragraph (2), item (i) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act as amended by Article 8 (including where it is followed in Article 9-3, paragraphs (1) and (3) of the Supplementary Provisions of that Act (including where it is followed in paragraph (5) of that Article) and Article 9-4, paragraphs (1) and (4) of the Supplementary Provisions of that Act (including where it is followed in paragraph (6) of that Article)), for the time being, the phrase "480" in that item is replaced with "480 (444 if the beneficiary of the employees' old-age pension was born on or before April 1, 1944; 456 if that person was born during the period from April 2, 1944 through April 1, 1945; and 468 if that person was born during the period from April 2, 1945 through April 1, 1946)".
第八条の規定による改正後の厚生年金保険法附則第九条の二第二項第一号（同法附則第九条の三第一項及び第三項（同条第五項においてその例による場合を含む。）並びに第九条の四第一項及び第四項（同条第六項においてその例による場合を含む。）においてその例による場合を含む。）の規定の適用については、当分の間、同号中「四百八十」とあるのは、「四百八十（当該老齢厚生年金の受給権者が昭和十九年四月一日までの間に生まれた者であるときは四百四十四とし、その者が昭和十九年四月二日から昭和二十年四月一日までの間に生まれた者であるときは四百五十六とし、その者が昭和二十年四月二日から昭和二十一年四月一日までの間に生まれた者であるときは四百六十八とする。）」とする。
In the application of Article 59, paragraph (2), item (i) of the Supplementary Provisions of the 1985 Amendment Act as amended by Article 15, for the time being, the phrase "480" in that item is replaced with "480 (420 if the beneficiary of the employees' old-age pension was born on or before April 1, 1929; 432 if that person was born during the period from April 2, 1929 through April 1, 1934; 444 if that person was born during the period from April 2, 1934 through April 1, 1944; 456 if that person was born during the period from April 2, 1944 through April 1, 1945; and 468 if that person was born during the period from April 2, 1945 through April 1, 1946)".
第十五条の規定による改正後の昭和六十年改正法附則第五十九条第二項第一号の規定の適用については、当分の間、同号中「四百八十」とあるのは、「四百八十（当該老齢厚生年金の受給権者が昭和四年四月一日以前に生まれた者であるときは四百二十とし、その者が昭和四年四月二日から昭和九年四月一日までの間に生まれた者であるときは四百三十二とし、その者が昭和九年四月二日から昭和十九年四月一日までの間に生まれた者であるときは四百四十四とし、その者が昭和十九年四月二日から昭和二十年四月一日までの間に生まれた者であるときは四百五十六とし、その者が昭和二十年四月二日から昭和二十一年四月一日までの間に生まれた者であるときは四百六十八とする。）」とする。
