Supplementary Provisions, Article 34Transitional Measures Concerning Revision of the Standardized Monthly Amount of Remuneration upon Completion of Childcare/Parental Leave

第三十四条（育児休業等を終了した際の標準報酬月額の改定に関する経過措置）

The provisions of Article 23-2 of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act as amended by Article 8 apply to childcare/parental leave prescribed in paragraph (1) of that Article (referred to as "childcare/parental leave" in Article 37, paragraph (2) of the Supplementary Provisions) that ended on or after April 1, 2005.

第八条の規定による改正後の厚生年金保険法第二十三条の二の規定は、平成十七年四月一日以後に終了した同条第一項に規定する育児休業等（附則第三十七条第二項において「育児休業等」という。）について適用する。
