①With regard to the application of Article 26 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the National Pension Act, etc. as amended by the preceding Article to a person with respect to whom the provisions then in force are to continue to govern the payment of basic continuous employment benefits for the elderly pursuant to Article 11, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions and a person with respect to whom the provisions then in force are to continue to govern the payment of re-employment benefits for the elderly pursuant to paragraph (2) of that Article, the provisions then in force continue to govern.

②With regard to the application of Article 26 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the National Pension Act, etc. as amended by the preceding Article to a former qualified recipient who has become an insured under employment insurance by taking up stable employment on or after the Effective Date, the phrase "the amount deemed to be the daily amount of wages under Article 61, paragraphs (1), (3) and (4)" in paragraph (8) of that Article is replaced with "the amount deemed to be the daily amount of wages under Article 61, paragraphs (1), (3) and (4) of the Employment Insurance Act", and the phrase "the daily amount of wages under Article 61-2, paragraph (1)" with "the daily amount of wages with respect to which the provisions then in force continue to govern pursuant to Article 3 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the Employment Insurance Act, etc. (Act No. 31 of 2003)".
