Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect on May 1, 2003.
この法律は、平成十五年五月一日から施行する。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 26Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act
第二十六条（厚生年金保険法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
With regard to the application of Article 11-6 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act as amended by the preceding Article to a person with respect to whom the provisions then in force are to continue to govern the payment of basic continuous employment benefits for the elderly pursuant to Article 11, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions and a person with respect to whom the provisions then in force are to continue to govern the payment of re-employment benefits for the elderly pursuant to paragraph (2) of that Article, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
附則第十一条第一項の規定により高年齢雇用継続基本給付金の支給についてなお従前の例によることとされた者及び同条第二項の規定により高年齢再就職給付金の支給についてなお従前の例によることとされた者に係る前条の規定による改正後の厚生年金保険法附則第十一条の六の規定の適用については、なお従前の例による。
With regard to the application of Article 11-6 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act as amended by the preceding Article, as applied mutatis mutandis in Article 26, paragraph (13) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the National Pension Act, etc. (Act No. 95 of 1994), to a person with respect to whom the provisions then in force are to continue to govern the payment of basic continuous employment benefits for the elderly pursuant to Article 21, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions and a person with respect to whom the provisions then in force are to continue to govern the payment of re-employment benefits for the elderly pursuant to paragraph (2) of that Article, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
附則第二十一条第一項の規定により高齢雇用継続基本給付金の支給についてなお従前の例によることとされた者及び同条第二項の規定により高齢再就職給付金の支給についてなお従前の例によることとされた者に係る国民年金法等の一部を改正する法律（平成六年法律第九十五号）附則第二十六条第十三項において準用する前条の規定による改正後の厚生年金保険法附則第十一条の六の規定の適用については、なお従前の例による。
With regard to the application of Article 11-6 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act as amended by the preceding Article to a former qualified recipient who has become an insured under employment insurance by taking up stable employment on or after the Effective Date, the phrase "the daily amount of wages prescribed in Article 61-2, paragraph (1) of the Employment Insurance Act" in paragraph (8) of Article 11-6 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act is replaced with "the daily amount of wages with respect to which the provisions then in force continue to govern pursuant to Article 3 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the Employment Insurance Act, etc. (Act No. 31 of 2003)".
施行日以後に安定した職業に就くことにより雇用保険の被保険者となった旧受給資格者に対する前条の規定による改正後の厚生年金保険法附則第十一条の六の規定の適用については、同条第八項中「雇用保険法第六十一条の二第一項の賃金日額」とあるのは「雇用保険法等の一部を改正する法律（平成十五年法律第三十一号）附則第三条の規定によりなお従前の例によることとされた賃金日額」とする。

第三十六条（国民年金法等の一部を改正する法律の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
With regard to the application of Article 26 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the National Pension Act, etc. as amended by the preceding Article to a person with respect to whom the provisions then in force are to continue to govern the payment of basic continuous employment benefits for the elderly pursuant to Article 11, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions and a person with respect to whom the provisions then in force are to continue to govern the payment of re-employment benefits for the elderly pursuant to paragraph (2) of that Article, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
附則第十一条第一項の規定により高年齢雇用継続基本給付金の支給についてなお従前の例によることとされた者及び同条第二項の規定により高年齢再就職給付金の支給についてなお従前の例によることとされた者に係る前条の規定による改正後の国民年金法等の一部を改正する法律附則第二十六条の規定の適用については、なお従前の例による。
With regard to the application of Article 26 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the National Pension Act, etc. as amended by the preceding Article to a former qualified recipient who has become an insured under employment insurance by taking up stable employment on or after the Effective Date, the phrase "the amount deemed to be the daily amount of wages under Article 61, paragraphs (1), (3) and (4)" in paragraph (8) of that Article is replaced with "the amount deemed to be the daily amount of wages under Article 61, paragraphs (1), (3) and (4) of the Employment Insurance Act", and the phrase "the daily amount of wages under Article 61-2, paragraph (1)" with "the daily amount of wages with respect to which the provisions then in force continue to govern pursuant to Article 3 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the Employment Insurance Act, etc. (Act No. 31 of 2003)".
施行日以後に安定した職業に就くことにより雇用保険の被保険者となった旧受給資格者に対する前条の規定による改正後の国民年金法等の一部を改正する法律附則第二十六条の規定の適用については、同条第八項中「第六十一条第一項、第三項及び第四項の規定によるみなし賃金日額」とあるのは「雇用保険法第六十一条第一項、第三項及び第四項の規定によるみなし賃金日額」と、「第六十一条の二第一項の賃金日額」とあるのは「雇用保険法等の一部を改正する法律（平成十五年法律第三十一号）附則第三条の規定によりなお従前の例によることとされた賃金日額」とする。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 41Delegation of Other Transitional Measures to Cabinet Order
第四十一条（その他の経過措置の政令への委任）
Beyond what is provided for in these Supplementary Provisions, transitional measures necessary incidental to the enforcement of this Act are specified by Cabinet Order.
この附則に規定するもののほか、この法律の施行に伴い必要な経過措置は、政令で定める。
