Supplementary Provisions, Article 8Transitional Measures Concerning Auditors of Employees' Pension Funds Selected from among Persons with Knowledge and Experience
第八条（厚生年金基金の学識経験を有する者のうちから選任された監事に関する経過措置）
With regard to a person who is, at the time the provisions set forth in Article 1, item (i) of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect, an auditor of an employees' pension Fund selected from among persons with knowledge and experience, the provisions then in force continue to govern, notwithstanding the provisions of Article 119, paragraph (4) of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act as amended by the provisions of Article 4, only for the remainder of that person's term as that auditor.
附則第一条第一号に掲げる規定の施行の際現に厚生年金基金の学識経験を有する者のうちから選任された監事である者については、第四条の規定による改正後の厚生年金保険法第百十九条第四項の規定にかかわらず、その者の当該監事としての残任期間に限り、なお従前の例による。
