第十二条（国民年金の被保険者期間の特例に関する経過措置）
A period that was to be included, on the day preceding the Effective Date, in a period as a member of a former applicable corporation mutual aid Association pursuant to the provisions of other laws and regulations is deemed, for the purpose of applying the provisions of Article 8, paragraph (2) of the Supplementary Provisions of the 1985 National Pension Amendment Act, to be a period as a member of a National Public Servants Mutual Aid Association prescribed in Article 3, paragraph (1) of the National Public Officers Mutual Aid Association Act Before the 2012 Unification.
