第三十三条
With regard to a special pension for surviving family under the provisions of Article 28-4, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act Before the Amendment, the provisions concerning the calculation of its amount remain in force.
改正前の厚生年金保険法附則第二十八条の四第一項の規定による特例遺族年金については、その額の計算に関する規定は、なおその効力を有する。
