Supplementary Provisions, Article 34Transitional Measures Concerning Lump-Sum Withdrawal Payments under the Employees' Pension Insurance Act
第三十四条（厚生年金保険法による脱退一時金に関する経過措置）
The provisions of Article 29 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act do not apply to a person who did not have an address in Japan on the day of promulgation of this Act (excluding a person who was an insured under the National Pension on that day and a person who became an insured under the National Pension on or after that day).
厚生年金保険法附則第二十九条の規定は、この法律の公布の日において日本国内に住所を有しない者（同日において国民年金の被保険者であった者及び同日以後国民年金の被保険者となった者を除く。）については、適用しない。
In applying the provisions of Article 29, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act to a person for whom the day on which the person last lost the status of an insured under the National Pension (or, for a person who had an address in Japan on that day, the day on which the person first ceased to have an address in Japan after that day) falls during the period from the day of promulgation of this Act through March 31, 1995 (excluding a person who was an insured under the National Pension on April 1 of that year and a person who became an insured under the National Pension on or after that day), the phrase "the day on which the person last lost the status of an insured under the National Pension (or, for a person who had an address in Japan on that day, the day on which the person first ceased to have an address in Japan after that day)" in paragraph (1), item (iii) of that Article is deemed to be replaced with "April 1, 1995".
この法律の公布の日から平成七年三月三十一日までの間に、最後に国民年金の被保険者の資格を喪失した日（同日において日本国内に住所を有していた者にあっては、同日後初めて、日本国内に住所を有しなくなった日）がある者（同年四月一日において国民年金の被保険者であった者及び同日以後国民年金の被保険者となった者を除く。）について厚生年金保険法附則第二十九条第一項の規定を適用する場合においては、同条第一項第三号中「最後に国民年金の被保険者の資格を喪失した日（同日において日本国内に住所を有していた者にあつては、同日後初めて、日本国内に住所を有しなくなつた日）」とあるのは、「平成七年四月一日」とする。
