Supplementary Provisions, Article 17Transitional Measures Concerning Calculation of the Amount of Employees' Old-Age Pensions
第十七条（老齢厚生年金の額の計算に関する経過措置）
With regard to the application of Article 9, paragraph (1), item (i) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act as amended by the provisions of Article 2, for the time being, the phrase "444" in that item is deemed to be replaced with "444 (432 if the beneficiary of that employees' old-age pension was born on or before April 1, 1934)".
第二条の規定による改正後の厚生年金保険法附則第九条第一項第一号の規定の適用については、当分の間、同号中「四百四十四」とあるのは、「四百四十四（当該老齢厚生年金の受給権者が昭和九年四月一日以前に生まれた者であるときは、四百三十二とする。）」とする。
