This Act comes into effect on September 1, 1988; provided, however, that the provisions amending Article 44-2, paragraph (2), the provisions deleting paragraph (3) of that Article, the provisions amending paragraph (4) of that Article, Article 85-2, Article 102, paragraph (2), Article 136 and Article 147, paragraph (5), the provisions adding one paragraph after paragraph (3) of Article 147, the provisions amending Article 149, paragraph (1), Article 153, paragraph (1) and Article 159, paragraphs (1) and (2), the provisions adding one Article after Article 160, the provisions amending Article 161, paragraphs (1) and (2), the provisions adding two Articles after Article 162, the provisions amending Article 163, the provisions adding one Article after Article 163, the provisions amending Article 164, Article 167 and Article 168, paragraph (3), the provisions adding one paragraph to Article 182, the provisions amending Article 186, the provisions adding one Article after Article 13 of the Supplementary Provisions, and the provisions of the following Article, Article 3 of the Supplementary Provisions, Articles 5 through 8 of the Supplementary Provisions, Article 10 of the Supplementary Provisions and Article 11 of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect on the date specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding one year from the date of promulgation (hereinafter referred to as the "Partial Effective Date").
