第七十八条の二
In the case of calculating the amount of an old-age pension, aggregated old-age pension or special old-age pension under the former Employees' Pension Insurance Act to be paid to a person prescribed in Article 63, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions who has a period as an insured covered by employees' pension insurance on or after April 1, 2003, the amount specified in Article 34, paragraph (1), item (ii) of the former Employees' Pension Insurance Act that remains in force pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (2) of the preceding Article is, notwithstanding those provisions, the sum of the amounts listed in the following items:
附則第六十三条第一項に規定する者であつて、平成十五年四月一日以後の厚生年金保険の被保険者であつた期間を有するものに支給する旧厚生年金保険法による老齢年金、通算老齢年金又は特例老齢年金の額を計算する場合においては、前条第二項の規定によりなおその効力を有するものとされた旧厚生年金保険法第三十四条第一項第二号に定める額は、これらの規定にかかわらず、次の各号に掲げる額を合算して得た額とする。
the amount obtained by multiplying the amount equivalent to 9.5/1,000 of the average standardized monthly amount of remuneration for the period as an insured covered by employees' pension insurance before April 1, 2003 (meaning the average standardized monthly amount of remuneration prescribed in Article 34, paragraph (1), item (ii) of the former Employees' Pension Insurance Act) by the number of months of that insured period;
平成十五年四月一日前の厚生年金保険の被保険者であつた期間の平均標準報酬月額（旧厚生年金保険法第三十四条第一項第二号に規定する平均標準報酬月額をいう。）の千分の九・五に相当する額に当該被保険者期間の月数を乗じて得た額
the amount obtained by multiplying the amount equivalent to 7.308/1,000 of the average standardized amount of remuneration for the period as an insured covered by employees' pension insurance on or after April 1, 2003 by the number of months of that insured period.
平成十五年四月一日以後の厚生年金保険の被保険者であつた期間の平均標準報酬額の千分の七・三〇八に相当する額に当該被保険者期間の月数を乗じて得た額
